At Little Robins Thread Company, all items are carefully selected or handmade. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Final Sale
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds or replacements will only be considered for a verified manufacturer defect.
Manufacturer Defects
If you believe your item has a defect, email sales@littlerobinsthreadco.comwithin 48 hours of delivery (social media messages are not accepted).

Brief description
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with tags attached. If approved, a prepaid return label will be provided and the item must be mailed back within 7 business days. Failure to mail the item back within that time frame disqualifies the item from being eligible for return. If we do not have the same item in stock to exchange in replace of your defected item, STORE credit to our online store littlerobinsthreadco.com will be issued.
Handmade items may have slight variations that are not considered defects. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

ETA refers to when the manufacturer ships to us, not delivery to customers.

Please allow 1–2 weeks after arrival for processing and shipping.

Delays may occur due to manufacturing, customs, or carrier issues and are outside our control.

If ordering for a specific event, we recommend having a backup option.
Color Care
Colored smocks may bleed. We recommend washing with like colors, using Color Catchers and following proper care instructions. We are not responsible for color transfers or bleeding.
Pre-Order Size Exchanges
Because pre-orders are custom-made, size exchanges are not available. Customers may trade with other customers on Buy/Sell/Trade groups on social media and check our Extras drops.
